learning new words everyday. Today, her new word (and current favorite) is "Wow!" She usually points at what ever is exciting and then in a very convincing tone says "Wow!" She did that all through Costco and the mall today. It was so cute that numerous people kept stopping to talk to us. They would comment on how cute the girls were and then would reach out toward Brooke... that is when the funny thing happened... Brooke would reach back and they would gasp in horror as they saw her crusty red hands. In fact, for one passerby a giant chunk of skin actually fell off as Brooke reached up to wave at them. They looked horrified and then gave me that disapproving "what on earth did you do to that sweet baby" look. On the right is a picture of her hand on Christmas day. Below are photos of her hands today. 
They told us to keep them uncovered, but they are getting so dry that they crack and peel like crazy. She has been so brave. She even holds her hands nice and still for me when I trim off the dead skin. Blah.
On a happier note, Brooke loves to play peek-a-boo. Tonight she started playing while she was laying on her changing table. Usually, she uses a blanket but tonight she went a different route. Check it out in this video.

Clara currently speaks in tongues... but she seems to know what she is saying.
I think I have watched the video about 50 times and it just gets cuter and cuter!
