So yesterday, Emily wanted to draw a picture for Brooke. They always play something mermaid related, so she decided to draw a mermaid sitting on a rock for her. She included a sunshine in the corner, hearts and some sea weed and sea flowers. She was so proud of the beautiful hair and pink mermaid tail. Then she told me about her very special mermaid top. She said, “Look mom, I even gave her sparkly purple clam clams.” I love four year olds so much!

Thanks for the laugh this morning. That was one of the funniest things I read. By the way, that's some great handwriting and drawing skills for a 4 year old.
