The Day We Celebrated Emily’s 3rd Birthday - part 2 of 3,427

After our fun family celebration at Chuck E Cheese, it was time for a celebration with some of our Spokane family.  No Hansen birthday is complete without a celebration with the Wills family too, so they joined us for the purple princess cupcake party Emily had requested to have with them.  It has been so fun to celebrate so many birthdays with their wonderful family. 

Still thinking that Kyle would be out of town on Emily’s birthday, we let her open presents later that evening.  The first thing she opened was her very own princess chair.  She fell in love  with it immediately and happily perched their right away.  She excitedly opened all of her presents from her throne and definitely felt like the queen bee.

 

Three year olds are so fun – they LOVE everything.

It was so fun watching her enjoy what she called her “fake birthday” and I loved knowing that we’d get to do it again a few days later.  Celebrating this little sweetheart was truly a pleasure.
