The Day We Opened the “Crazy Carnival”

Madagascar 3 has inspired our family in so many ways… first it was the Afro Circus Ringtone, but the latest stroke of genius was the Crazy Carnival that the girls came up with while they were working out their circus routine in the back yard.  I was quite impressed with all the legitimate games they put together.

They had a “Crazy Egg on a Spoon race”…

…and an uphill skee ball bowling game, complete with a ball return method as seen in the photo on the right.

Brooke also ran a “Find the Rock” game which pleased carnival goers of all ages.

One of the craziest games was “Flip Flop Faces.”  It was so hard that it kept all of trying our best to beat the game.  You can see Kara’s victory celebration in the photo on the right.

The “Crazy Coaster” kept everyone laughing…

… and those with weak stomachs avoided the “Spinning Tilt-A-Tire.”

Everyone loved the games and thought “Brooke’s Snack Shack” was the best.  Her most popular item was definitely Otter Pops.

I love summer and all the kid-inspired fun that comes with it.
