So during Spring Break, we woke up to this weather:
It was just enough snow to thwart our outdoor plans and not enough to be useful for something fun like sledding, so we headed to Hayden for a fun day at Triple Play with the Wills.
We had two adults and five kids, but three of them are not independent swimmers, so we opted for the non-water park activities. We started with bowling.
Thanks to bumpers and the bowling assistant device thingy, everyone had so much fun.
Emily was in big-kid heaven.
Next up we played some mini-golf. Katelyn and Brooke both got a legitimate hole-in-one and Emily was worn out enough from bowling that she was content to be the score keeper.
Everything outside was closed because of the snow, so we finished off our day with some time in the arcade. The kids played just about everything and won lots of tickets.
Emily used all of her tokens in one place… the mini carrousel. She rode it about 502 times and squealed and laughed through every ride. Maybe it wasn’t 502 times but it was enough that when she got off of the ride, she fell down because she was so dizzy. That’s the sure sign of a good day.
