So this morning, Pop (my dad) was telling Katelyn some riddles. He stumped her with “What has four I’s but cannot see.” But she immediately answered the timeless favorite,“What is black and white and read all over.” Since she seemed to enjoy these riddles, Pop suggested she tell them to her friends. Katelyn tactfully responded, “Well Pop, that’s kind of a first grade thing.” Denied. Katelyn – 1; Pop – 0
