We were so excited to have Grandma Carol come for a visit. We were anxious for her to meet Emily and the girls were so excited to play with her. Grandma Carol had to balance her time between three granddaughters who all wanted her attention. Emily loved napping in her arms and Brooke loved playing games and reading with Grandma. Brooke’s favorite story is the new book Grandma Carol brought to her… I think Grandma had to read it about 10 times a day, in between countless games of CandyLand and Old Maid. Katelyn loved hanging out with grandma and was so excited about the Time Capsule Grandma brought her. She’s been busy deciding what she wants to put in it – it is probably good it isn’t any bigger or she might put Brooke inside.
It was so nice to have Grandma Carol stay with us… I loved visiting with her and was so glad to have a buddy to eat cinnamon bears with. Thank you so much for coming to visit and for all of your help – we can’t wait to see you again soon!
