Rani and I took the kids for a fun-filled afternoon at “The Discovery Center of Idaho.” They loved checking out all the cool experiments and exhibits together.
They loved the bubble maker – Katelyn was in charge of making the bubbles and Calvin and Brooke took care of popping them.
One of their favorite activities however was the grocery store play area. They spent lots of time being the shoppers and the checkers and made some new friends in the process.
Lots of kids were playing in the store and it was pretty trashed. Fortunately for the staff, Katelyn’s OCD gene kicked in and she decided she would straighten up the store. She singlehandedly put it all back together. Now only if that gene would be dominant at home.
I thought this chair was so cool – the kids loved it too and had a great time hoisting each other to the top.
We ended our adventure in the Animal Hospital area. Calvin and Brooke had a blast watching Dr. Katelyn in action. It was a great day together!
