In July we enjoyed our second annual campout in Great grandma Hardy’s trailer… in her driveway. We had a fun dinner with Hardy before we put on our jammies to get ready for the fun. The girls had a Hardy Tea Party at the coffee table and then entertained us with a very silly show that involved them dancing to about 30 ringtones on my phone with lei’s Hardy provided in their signature colors.
After the show, it was time to head out in the trailer – the girls watched a movie and finally fell asleep. We even got to enjoy a thunderstorm with lots of rain.
We were only able to make the campout happen because Gram came along with us to help with Emily. We knew no one would ever sleep if she was in the trailer too. She did great inside and is excited to participate with her sisters next summer.
It was so much fun and the girls are already planning the third annual campout. Thanks for having us Hardy!
