I love classical ballet and getting to watch this darling little cat dance was so much fun. She and her fellow ballerinas did such a great job and danced their hearts out. Each girl even had a small solo – Katelyn was amazing and it looked like she was having a great time.
She loved hanging out with her friends during the dress rehearsal and before the show.
We were also so happy to have Gram there to see the show and watch our favorite cat dance.
Brooke absolutely loved the show, but before she knew how great it would be, this was the look on her face when I told her how long she would have to sit still and be quiet. She clapped and cheered for her “Sissy” and stood up and danced along during several of the numbers. I know she is looking forward to being up there on the stage with Katelyn someday soon.
At the end of the show, Katelyn was excited to see us and we loved gushing over her performance. Brooke happily handed over her roses and balloon and Katelyn proudly accepted. She had so much fun and it was a really great night of celebrating our favorite feline.
Katelyn’s favorite part of the night however, was going out for ice cream with our family and Gram. It was a terrific night and Katelyn, we are so proud of you!

Going out for ice cream after my recitals was ALWAYS tradition for my family! What a great way to celebrate!!
