Another favorite Christmas activity at our house is making sugar cookies for Santa. We always use my Grandma Hardy’s recipe. The cookies are so good and the dough is truly magnificent.
We love to eat that dough... sometime it’s amazing that we actually end up with any cookies. Emily joined the club this year and declared herself a fan of dough. We are going to have to start making a double batch now.
The decorating was lots of fun and tasted great too.
We had a lot of fun and ended up with some great cookies for Santa…
…and stomach aches, but it was worth it.
