After enjoying our time at the pool, we got ready for dinner and our chance to officially celebrate Pop’s retirement together at the Storyteller’s Café in our Hotel.
We had a wonderful meal and enjoyed reminiscing about his years and years of hard work. We told lots of stories and laughed a lot as we remembered “the good old days.”
Emily celebrated by eating some bread with her butter. Eventually she cut to the chase and left out the bread and just ate butter while her sisters had fun making their own pizzas. It was a great meal and a wonderful night celebrating.
We are so proud of you Dad and hope you know how much we appreciate all of your hard work. It was a good run and now I am excited for you and mom to sit back and enjoy. We love you both!
