The Day Uncle Dane Got Married

We had a chance to go to Utah for Dane and Jacque's wedding. The bride looked so beautiful and everything was wonderful. We are so happy for them and are excited to have Jacque as a part of our family.

After the ceremony was over, we posed for pictures outside before heading to the State Capitol building for the reception.

Brooke in a not so subtle way letting us know that she was DONE with picture time.

All the little cousins had a great time at the reception partying on the dance floor. Not too far into the evening though, Katelyn said she didn't feel good. Then she said she didn't want to dance or have any cake. That's when I knew she was sick. Dancing is her life-blood and cake is her favorite food group. So she sat like this on my lap (burning up with a fever) for the rest of the evening.

Despite a few toddler meltdowns and a sick six year old, it was a great day and beautiful wedding. We are so happy for you Dane and Jacque - Congratulations!
